We understand the need for transparency, efficiency and delivery. Therefore, we want to show you what you can expect in each stage when considering or establishing cooperation with us.
Step 1 — Project development
In order to understand your needs and set your product for success, we first need to define the project outline. This is how it usually goes but we are aware that each project is unique and we approach it with an open mind.

To define the technical scope and requirements you will talk to our technical leads right after the initial consultation.
Proposal & Quote
Based on the project requirements, we move on to the project proposal with timeline & cost estimates.
We are happy to keep refining the proposal until we have an agreement that fully meets your needs.
Once the cooperation is established, we set up a cross-functional team to kick off your project.
Step 2 — Product development
Once the project development is outlined, we can start developing the product. There are typically two stages — the learning phase and the execution phase.
Learning phase — vision & ideation
Cross-functional collaboration is essential to setting up the project for success. Therefore, our product owners & developers are taking part in research, they further define initial requirements, brainstorm, and validate solutions. Depending on the size & scope of the project, in this phase we discuss:
- goals & objectives
- client vision
- scope & budget
- competitive research & analysis
- general ideation
- discovery & validation research
- product roadmap & MVP definition.
The point is to define the problem, discover possible design solutions, followed by concept validation and technical proof of concept
Execution phase — design, development, QA
To visualize our findings from the learning phase, we prepare a research-driven design which we further refine with each sprint. At this stage, developers are investigating the technical solution while designers are creating prototypes and conducting usability tests. Some of the milestones along the way are:
- design iteretations followed by development
- feature completion
- acceptance testing
- end-to-end testing
Before a product or feature is commercially available, we can release it as a Prerelease / Early Access Program to collect early feedback from customers.
Step 3 — Roll-out & post-launch
After the development is finished and the software has been properly tested, the product or feature is ready for users. We work with the client to install it and configure it properly and streamline the deployment process through continuous delivery. Our work is, however, not done once the project goes live and we continue to nurture long-lasting relationships with our clients. Besides offering support, our experts explore improvement possibilities by doing:

- 3-month health-check
- 6 month UX Expert Review including data analysis
