Parkside now and then
It all started in 2007 in a small office with a beautiful view of the nearby Volksgarten park in Graz (which is also where our company name came from) when 4 friends decided to start a company together. Since then, a lot has happened — we’ve grown to 4 locations, employ over 100 people from all over the world, and in early 2021, we also strengthened our management team.
We’ve grown a lot, expanded our expertise and introduced new services, such as Data Science and Design & Tech Consulting. But our motto and values have remained the same: We create digital products that people will love to use. After 15 years we are still “better together”, “driven by passion”, “focused on quality” and live and work “with a smile”. We still develop individual software with high demands on user experience and performance for numerous corporations, medium-sized innovation leaders and tech giants like Linkedin and Shutterstock.

We accompany our customers from technical consulting to market analysis and creation of concepts to technical development and the improvement and scaling of their digital products and platforms. In doing so, we place great value on a partnership and a relationship based on trust.
Our numerous successfully completed projects as well as the quality seals and awards we received in 2022 show that we also put this into practice. However, these would not be possible without our employees. That is why our team is at the center of everything we do and we look forward to further growth.
Highlight of the year: Fifteen years of Parkside
Celebrations should be celebrated —
and that’s exactly what we did. Here we look back at some of the highlights.
Team event in Croatia
At the end of June, we organized a company trip to Croatia for our team. We spent 2 days in beautiful Crikvenica with a full program: from team building activities and workshops to relaxing on the beach. In the process, we got to know each other even better personally, but also reflected on our vision and strategy. How do we envision Parkside in 10 years? What do we want to keep and what do we want to change? Where do we want to go? This team event brought us to discussion and helped us to define our common goals even more precisely. We’re already looking forward to everything that’s to come.
Event Highlights
Open House Event at Parkside Headquarters in Graz
At the beginning of October we celebrated our anniversary with our customers and partners. In addition to delicious food and drinks, we also organized a guided office tour with exciting behind the scenes insights into Parkside’s everyday life. At this point it only remains for us to say thank you. Thank you for the cooperation, trust and 15 exciting years full of challenges and successes.
