Office Manager & HR Assistant (f/m/x)

Your role

As our new Office Manager & HR Assistant (f/m/x) you create an office environment where our teams work productively and our clients feel comfortable

  • As our first point of contact at the front desk, you will welcome our customers and guests and be the voice of Parkside on the phone
  • You have a good eye for making the office space inviting and welcoming and take care for all office facilities (printer service, meeting rooms, coordination of external facility management incl. building management and cleaning service) 
  • You order office supplies and everything that makes your colleagues happy and productive (coffee, fruits, nuts, special IT equipment, …)
  • You organize business trips (e.g. booking flights, hotels, conference tickets, etc.) and keep an eye on travel management
  • You plan and organize unique company events people still talk about months later (e.g. Summer event, Christmas party, Snow Day, sport events, etc.) #bettertogether
  • You support the HR team with administrative tasks in all HR areas (e.g. job fair organization, applicant communication, issuing contracts, work permit process, payroll interface, onboarding, health promotion measures, benefits, preparing reports, etc.)
  • Scheduling meetings and preparing presentations in German and English
  • You will be a go-to person for all colleagues for various questions

Your profile

  • Educational background and relevant experience in the area of Office Management, Team Assistance, HR Assistance or related fields
  • You are proficient in using MS Office and ideally Google Suite and have an affinity for IT 
  • Nice to have: Human Resource Assistant Diploma or equivalent
  • You have a positive attitude and like to offer a helping hand
  • You prefer an open communication style and manage to stay cool in busy times
  • Detail-oriented, quality-focussed work style 
  • Motivation and passion for learning new things and honing your skills
  • You speak both German and English fluently

  • Minimum monthly gross salary: €  2,635 (14 times per year, based on 38,5h/week, no all-in contract). However, we always ensure to offer a competitive salary adjusted to your qualifications and experience.
