Your role
As our next senior QA Manager, you bring the QA processes of our clients to the next level. You are responsible for assessing their current QA maturity and lead them to an improved quality setup of their web or mobile projects.
- Be the QA lead at our clients
- Work closely together with the client to implement a proper QA strategy
- Help setup test automation and test infrastructure
- Improve QA processes
- Take part in the requirements analysis and derive test approaches
- Provide structured and detailed testing results and communicate them to stakeholders
- Draw attention to issues and assume responsibility for them
- Ask critical questions about the current state of the web or mobile applications and proactively provide suggestions on how to improve them

Your profile
- Relevant experience in the area of software QA management and technical consulting, ideally for mobile and web applications
- Relevant experience in guiding (development) teams though a QA improvement progress
- Experience with state-of-the-art test automation and test management tools
- Experience in creating infrastructure and architecture for test automation
- Nice to have: ISTQB certification; knowledge of Browserstack, Cypress, Playwright, Google Analytics, Jira and/or GitHub
- Detail-oriented and quality-focussed work style
- Good communication skills and assertiveness
- Motivation, passion, and the willingness to learn new things
- Very good knowledge of English, ideally you also speak German

- Minimum monthly gross salary: € 4.000 (14 times per year, based on 38,5h/week, no all-in contract). However, we always ensure to offer a competitive salary adjusted to your qualifications and experience.
