UX Designer (f/m/x)

As a UX Designer at Parkside, you will take charge of conceptualizing user experiences for our diverse projects. Your mission is to enhance the user experience across web, iOS, and Android platforms.

• Be part of the design team and closely collaborate with our clients to develop innovative UX concepts and solutions
• Conduct user research, heuristic evaluations, and expert reviews to identify UX opportunities
• Transform the collected information into wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Clearly communicate results with clients and align UX strategies with business and user requirements
• Continuously engage with the development team to understand the impact of design decisions on implementation and user experience, elevating our clients' products to new heights

• Relevant experience in UX Design, Information Design, Interaction Design, or related educational background
• Strong interest in human-computer interaction
• Proficiency in various design and prototyping tools
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused work style
• Motivation and passion for learning and refining your skills

• Thrive design excellence: learn different UX/UI methods and processes and expand your skills in design excellence workshops held by design experts
• Variety & challenge: work on challenging projects for top brands across various industries like EdTech, FinTech, Aviation, etc.
• Enhance your expertise in one of our core areas, such as User Research & Testing or UX Writing

• Minimum monthly gross salary: € 3,500 (14 times per year, based on 38,5h/week, no all-in contract). However, we always ensure to offer a competitive salary adjusted to your qualifications and experience.
